Marketing Partnerships Manager
As an HR Consultant for Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to sales and marketing teams on all HR-related matters. This includes areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits. You will work closely with team leaders and HR partners to identify and implement best practices to support the growth and success of the sales and marketing teams. This position requires a deep understanding of HR practices and a strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities

- Limited experience at consultancy preferred;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Keen eye for spotting data trends;
- Great analytical skills;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
